Nike is celebrating the silver anniversary of the ¡®Just Do It¡¯ campaign with a new push to promote the iconic slogan through the ¡®Possibilities¡¯ series of videos.  The second installment celebrates women athletes but includes a brief cameo of Gerard Pique being passed while running stadium stairs by an everyday female athlete.



The video successfully extends the message that everyday athletes can push themselves to exercise in ways they never imagined were possible.  The women in the video are presented with daily tasks (finding your toes, running late, and swimming a lap) and then asked why they can¡¯t take it one step further.

For 25 years, we¡¯ve been inspiring people to Just Do It,¡± comments Davide Grasso, Nike Global Chief Marketing Officer. ¡°With ¡®Possibilities¡¯ we¡¯re taking 'Just Do It' to a whole new place, showing people a new way to set goals and think about their own athletic potential, then helping them to achieve those goals through products, services and inspiration.¡±

The video is the second in the ¡®Possibilities¡¯ series.  The U.S. based brand is sparing nothing in putting these spots together enlisting top athletes like LeBron James and Serena Williams joining the Barcelona defender.

It is not the first cameo Pique has made in a Nike video.  He made a cameo in the first ¡®Possibilities¡¯ video playing the role of provider to an everyday athlete.
