Zlatan Ibrahimovic officially revealed the new Flash Lime colorway of the Nike Hypervenom today in Paris.  The Paris-Saint Germain striker unveiled the cleat while talking to young soccer players in the French capital.  He will wear the cleats for the first time this weekend verus Guingamp.

Being here tonight, there's such an incredible energy,¡± said Ibrahimovic. ¡°It¡¯s very exciting to see these young footballers talent and passion for this sport.¡±

Zlatan was on hand to watch as some of the best young players in Paris competed in a three-v-three competition for the most deadly striker in Paris.

¡°The Hypervenom focuses on creating the space needed in order to put the ball in the net.  It¡¯s a small but important nuance,¡± said Phil McCartney, VP Nike Football, Footwear.

The new Hypervenom¡¯s upper is made out of NikeSkin, a material made of lightweight, soft, mesh bound with a thin polyurethane film. This new material provides an almost barefoot-like touch of the ball in a one-piece design.

Finished off with Nike All Conditions Control technology (ACC), the new upper offers a great grip on the in all weather conditions.

The chassis of the outsole features compressed nylon for a high-response plate that helps deliver strength while remaining light. The re-worked stud configuration, including a split toe plate, offers two platforms to have independent stability depending on the area of the foot on which the weight of our body is placed, for a quicker release on every move.
